The work involves converting existing 11 kv overhead lines to 11 kv underground cables for Menkurem and Kasarpal feeders. The contract is for a turnkey job, including supply, erection, testing, and commissioning. The completion time is 12 months including monsoon. The time allowed for completion of all the activities covered under this contract shall be 12 months including monsoon from the fifteenth day after the date of written orders to commence work.
Running account bills payments will be made for the activities completed in all respects payment will be made activity wise.

delay in execution of the work as per clause 2 of the p. w. d. 7 shall attract a compensation penalty if the work remains uncommented or unfinished after the stipulated completion or extended date of completion.
