Only those contractors registered with the Punjab Water Resources Department and having deposited the requisite licensing fee are eligible. Bidders must have successfully completed at least two major works of similar nature valuing not less than the amount of work of this tender, during the last three consecutive calendar years.
Penalty shall be levied on account of carriage of material by recovery @50 from the bill of the contractoragencylc society, if the rules for loading of material are not followed.
Bidders should visit the site and satisfy themselves as to the conditions prevalent there, especially regarding accessibility, nature and extent of the ground, working conditions, stacking of materials, installations of tools and plants, accommodation and movement of labour, supply of water and power.
Any dispute shall have to be referred to the arbitrator within two weeks after the final payment and no claim shall be entertained thereafter.
The approximate value of the work is 1,19,21,408 INR.
