The tender is for the repair and overhaul of transmission assemblies and an engine of BEML bulldozers. Bidders must submit a fee bid, techno-commercial bid, price bid, and participate in a reverse auction. The last date for bid submission is ****, and the techno-commercial bid opening date is **** must have executed similar work, provide proof of turnover, solvency, and other qualifications. Payment will be made in installments, and a bank guarantee is required. A warranty of at least 6 months or **** running hours is required. Transportation of equipment is included in the scope of work. The tenderer must visit the site to assess the work and required spares. The tender notice includes detailed specifications, terms and conditions, and annexures.

A 90% payment will be made within 30 days after checking, inspection, and fitting the transmissions/engine into bulldozers and satisfactory performance. The balance 10% will be deducted as security deposit and adjusted against security deposit. Security deposit will be released after the expiry of the defect liability period, which is six months from the date of final inspection/performance. If problems occur during this period, the defect liability period can be increased.
The firm should have to give warranty of minimum 06 months or **** running hours, whichever is later from the date of fitment of transmissions and engine into bulldozers. During warranty period, if any problem deducts into the transmissions/engine, the firm shall have to attend the faults free of cost. No extra payment shall be made. If the faults occur again and again, the warranty period can be extended.
Individual lowest rate for repair/overhauling of each equipment (transmission and engine) will be considered for the award of issue of work orders. Individual experience for each equipment will also be considered.
Tenderers will submit proof of having already repaired/overhauled similar transmission assemblies in any coal/cement PSU plants, i. e. , the firms have already successfully executed the work of repair/overhauling of transmissions of bulldozers BD155 or BEML limited make higher capacity power bulldozers for the work of repair/overhauling of transmission at Sr. No. 1, 2, 3 of Section III. The bidders shall have to upload the satisfactory completion performance certificates for **** running hours in the techno commercial bid. and tenderers will submit the proof of having already repaired/overhauled similar engine work in any coal/cement PSU plants, i. e. , the firms who have already successfully executed the work of repair/overhauling of BEML make engine of bulldozer BD155 or BEML limited make higher power capacity for the work of repair of engine Sr. No. 4 of Section III. The bidders shall have to upload the satisfactory completion performance certificates for **** running hours in the techno commercial bid. Proof of having average annual turnover of at least **** lakh during the last three financial years ending 31st March, 2025. Bank solvency certificate of minimum value of **** lakh issued by any scheduled bank. Bank solvency certificate should be issued on or after **** of PAN card as proof of having PAN no. Proof of having GST registration number. Proof of having EPF account number and last three months paid challan to be uploaded in the techno commercial bid for EPF. Proof of having ESIC code and last three months paid challan to be uploaded in the techno commercial bid for ESIC. Tenderers should have to describe the work to be done and list of spares to be replaced in the techno commercial bid. Separate/individual work experience shall be considered for repair/overhauling of transmissions and engine. An affidavit in original, duly attested by an executive magistrate/notary public to the effect that: our firm has not been blacklisted by any govt. public sector undertaking during the last five years. that we have visited GHTP and gone thoroughly technical specifications scope of work and have quoted the above rates after fully satisfying ourselves about the job involved and time frame in which the same has to be executed. We fully agree with all the terms and conditions of the tender specifications. that our firm has sufficient skilled specialized manpower, TP and space workshop to carry out the repair/overhauling work. Copy of this affidavit should be uploaded on techno commercial bid and original copy shall be submitted separately by hand or through India Post.
If the firm fails to execute the work/activities as per clause 8, i to ix within the stipulated period, the firm shall be liable to pay as penalty charges @0. 5 per week or part thereof. The maximum limit of penalty shall be 10.
