The tender is for the improvement of streets at Satbari Village in Chattarpur Assembly Constituency AC46. The work includes demolition, excavation, concrete work, brickwork, plastering, and other related tasks. Bidders must submit various documents, including GST registration, enlistment details, EMD, and others. The time allowed for carrying out the work will be 180 days. The EMD is 2% of the tendered amount. The bid opening date is January 8, 2026. The contractor must comply with all labor laws and regulations. A third-party quality assurance will be carried out. The contractor must provide samples of materials for approval. The contractor is responsible for site clearance after completion. The rates quoted by the contractor shall be treated as market rates. During execution of work, if any extra item substitute item occurs than the rate for the same will be paid according to awarded percentage of the tender base on applicable delhi schedule of rates on which contractor has quoted his rates. The contractor shall ensure strict compliance of the orderinstructions issued by D. D. M. A. or other government authority to contain any pandemic during execution of work.
The time allowed for carrying out the work will be 180 days from the 15 days after the date of written orders to commence the work or from the 1st day of handing over the site, whichever is later, in accordance with the phasing, if any, indicated in the tender documents.
The contractor shall be held responsible liable full life span minimum 60 month of capital asset created, whenever any deficiency short coming break down is observed which shows that the work has not been executed as per prescribed specifications standard or it shows that quality quantities of the items or material used are deficient, the same shall be rectified by the contractor at his own cost.
The competent authority on behalf of president of india does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any other tender and reserves to itself the authority to reject any or all of the tenders received without the assignment of any reason.
The enlistment of the contractor should be valid on the last date of submission of bids. In case the last date of submission of bid is extended, the enlistment of contractor should be valid on the original date of submission of bids.
If any tenderer withdraws his tender or makes any modifications in the terms and conditions of the tender which is not acceptable to the department within 7 days after last date of submission of bids. then the government shall without prejudice to any other right or remedy, be at ligberty to forfeit 50 of earnest money absolutely irrespective of letter of acceptance for the work is issued or not.
Tenderers are advised to inspect and examine the site and its surroundings and satisfy themselves before submitting their tenders as to the nature of the ground and subsoil so far as is practicable, the form and nature of the site, the means of access to the site, the accommodation they may require and in general shall themselves obtain all necessary information as to risks, contingencies and other circumstances which may influence or affect their tender.
The contractor shall supply all the samples of materials to be used in the work free of cost well in advance to get these approved by the engineerincharge before it use in the work.
