The tender is for providing services of hydraulic operated truck mounted anti smog guns on hire basis on various roads under PWD division south west roadi during 202526. The last date for submission of bids is 20251022. The work will be completed in 5 months. The contractor must submit the ownership document of 12 numbers truck mounted water sprinkler antismog guns in running condition or mou with the supplierowner. The contractor must provide an affidavit stating that the machines shall be deployed for this work only. The lowest successful bidder will have to submit selfattested hard copy of all the document uploaded in tender in the office of executive engineer, south west road division1, pwd new delhi within 5 days of opening of tender.
The time allowed for carrying out the work will be 5 five months from the date of start as defined in schedule f or from the first date of handing over of the site, whichever is later, in accordance with the phasing, if any, indicated in the bid documents.
For non cpwd contractors: 1. 1 should have satisfactorily completed the works as mentioned below during the last 7 seven years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which tenders are invited three similar works each costing not less than of rs. 1, 38, 72, 310 or two similar works each costing not less than of rs. 2, 08, 08, 464 or one similar works each costing not less than of rs. 2, 77, 44, 619. Similar work shall mean work of providing, running and maintaining water sprinkler anti smog guns.
If the contractor, fails to provide the required number of water sprinkler anti smog gun on any day without prior intimation, a recovery @rs. 20, 000 per day shall be made from the contractor. In case of breakdown of water sprinkler anti smog gun during the day, recovery shall be made **** per hour.
Intending bidders are advised to inspect and examine the site and its surroundings and satisfy themselves before submitting their tenders as to the nature of the ground and subsoil so far as is practicable, the form and nature of the site, the means of access to the site, the accommodation they may require and in general shall themselves obtain all necessary information as to risks, contingencies and other circumstances which may influence or affect their tender.
The contractor shall be required to produce samples of all road materials sufficiently in advance to obtain approval of the engineerincharge.
