Work completion period is within 3 months of work order issue. Payment will be made against submission of bill in triplicate. Security deposit of 10% of the order value is required. Payment will be made against submission of bill in triplicate, duly verified by the concerned work-in-charge and counter-signed by the senior manager, transmission division, along with royalty challan and requisite documents. Payment is subject to availability of funds from the nigam headquarters, and no interest will be paid for delays due to fund unavailability. Bills should be submitted in GST format, clearly mentioning the GSTIN of the agency, HSN/SAC code, bill number, and date. The GSTIN of the transmission circle is ****.
If the rates quoted by more than one tenderer are lowest and same, preference will be given to the tenderer on the basis of the maximum number of similar nature of works completed during the last five years, ending on the last day of the month previous to the one in which applications are invited, as per work experience criteria. The preference of the maximum number of similar nature of works completed will be given to the tenderer for a maximum of two works in the particular financial year.
The bidder should have experience of successful completion of similar type of work during the last 05 years from any state/central govt. transmission utility of India, ending on the last day of the month previous to the one in which applications are invited. The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar type of work in 132kV or above voltage class in transmission line in any govt. /semi govt. /CPSU/SPSU/SEBS/Nigam along with performance certificate. The bidder should quote for all tendered items. Conditional and incomplete tenders shall not be accepted. Bids must be in conformity with schedules of this tender only. The bidder should have financial capability to take up and complete the work successfully. Financial soundness certificate/bank solvency certificate should be current account minimum 50% of estimated value and not older than six months to be attached in the technical part of the tender. The minimum average annual turnover during the last three years should not be less than 100% of bid value. Audited annual financial statement/CA certified financial statement of last 3 financial years, indicating annual turnover of last three financial years, having valid UDIN to be submitted. PAN, up-to-date income tax return of the firm for the last three years, GST registration certificate of the firm and return of the preceding month, affidavit regarding submission of labour license against issue of LOI, valid electrical license of Jharkhand for working permission of voltage class 132kV above, valid character certificate not older than one year from competent authority, and authorized signatory letter of firm must be submitted.
In case of failure to do the work within the scope of work described and as per instructions of engineer-in-charge and overall-in-charge, penalty @per week maximum of 10% of the ordered value will be charged.
Before quoting the rate, bidders are advised to visit the work site and get satisfied with the scope of work for which rates are to be quoted. Bidder may be consulted to engineer-in-charge for any clarification regarding scope of work.
