For noncpwd registered contractor the noncpwd registered contractors such mes, bsnl and other state govt. , department dealing with building and roads and other experienced contractors are eligible to submit the bid provided they have definite proof from the appropriate authority, which shall be to the satisfaction of the competent authority, of having satisfactory completed similar works of magnitude specified below: a the bidder should have satisfactory completed similar works during the last seven years ending previous day of last date of submission of bids as under: one similar work costing not less than **** lakh. or two similar works costing not less than **** lakh. or three similar works costing not less than **** lakh.
If it is found that the agency fails to pay the wages in the prescribed time then a compensation of rs. 500 per day per person will be levied and the same will be recovered from his next ra bill.
