The items are to be supplied in the IT cell of TCPD Haryana at Chandigarh within 90 days from the date of placement of the purchase order.
Payment will be processed as per the annexure 12: payment.
The warranty period for the systems shall be taken into account as per the annexure 8 from the date of completion of supply of products, its successful installation/commissioning and acceptance by TCPD, including free spare parts, kits etc, whichever is later.
The lowest quoting bidder will be selected.
The bidders must meet the minimum eligibility criteria section 6 to qualify for this bid.
Any delay beyond the delivery and installation schedule as per purchase order will render the vendor liable for penalty at the rate as given below: failure in maintaining the delivery schedule 0. 1 zeropoint one percent per day subject to maximum of 15 days on the purchase order value, thereafter tcpd holds the option for cancellation of the order and forfeit the emd security deposit of the vendor.
