Photographs of the site (hard and soft copies and videography) before commencement of work, during execution and after completion shall be part of record and maintained by the agency/contractor/firm/agency. The agency/contractor/firm/agency must have to submit a self-declaration as they are not blacklisted/debarred in any manner by any govt. department or any agency. After the completion of work in case any damage occurs within five year then the cost of repair will be borne by contractor/agency during this period. In any case any technical/state govt. agency can check the work and if found faults with quality or quantity of work then the contractor/agency will be responsible for the rectification as per specifications issued from time to time as per government instructions, PMIDC and technical advisor.
