Bidders should have the experience of completion of similar works issued by executive engineer or equivalent of any govt. undertaking/PSU/urban local body/autonomous body of any govt. during last 7 years ending last day of month previous to the one in which tenders are invited.

Tenderers are advised to inspect and examine the site and its surroundings and satisfy themselves before submitting their tenders as to the nature of the ground and subsoil so far as is practicable, the form and nature of the site, the means of access to the site, the accommodation they may require and obtain all necessary information as to risks, contingencies and other circumstance which may influence or affect their tender.

Samples of building material, door/window fitting, sanitary wares and other articles required for completion of work shall be got approved from engineer-in-charge before their use in work. Preference shall be given to those articles which bear I. S. I. certification mark.

The work is estimated to cost Rs 46,36,****.

The estimated total value of the tender is INR ****.

The time allowed for carrying out the work will be 90 days from the date of start as defined in schedule f or from the first date of handing over of the site, whichever is later, in accordance with the phasing, if any, indicted in the tender documents.

The defect liabilities period shall be for one year after the date of actual completion.
