The time allowed for carrying out the work will be 12 months from the date of start as defined in schedule f or from the first date of handing over of the site, whichever is later, in accordance with the phasing, if any, indicated in the bid documents.

Payment shall be made every three months after carrying out satisfactory maintenance of the lifts.

The agency shall check health of batteries of ard in all the monthly services. if required, the batteries will be replaced by the agency with 2 years warranty however the cost of batteries shall be paid by university.

The competent authority on behalf of registrar, ggsipu does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any other bid and reserves to itself the authority to reject any or all the bids received without the assignment of any reason.

Intending bidders is eligible to submit the bid provided he has definite proof from the appropriate authority, which shall be to the satisfaction of the competent authority.

If lift cannot be make operational within same day due to fault/failure of major parts it will be replaced/repaired within 72 hours otherwise a penalty **** per day beyond 72 hours shall be made and recovered from running bills.

Intending bidders are advised to inspect and examine the site and its surroundings and satisfy themselves before submitting their bids as to the nature of the ground and subsoil so far as is practicable, the form and nature of the site, the means of access to the site, the accommodation they may require and in general shall themselves obtain all necessary information as to risks, contingencies and other circumstances which may influence or affect their bid.

The work is estimated to cost rs 32, 07, ****.

The bid notice states supply and installation within 30 days from the date of issue of award of the tenderissue of purchase order, whichever is later.

The payment will be released after satisfactory complete installation, demonstration, commissioning, training and inspection by the university inspection committee receipt of performance guarantee of the product.

The bidder shall provide comprehensive onsite warranty for a period of 36 months for all items from the last date of completion installation as certificate issued by the university.

The lowest financial bidder itemwise shall only be considered for award of work.

The bidder must upload the documents on eprocurement website as per the tender clause 13.

If the bidder fails to install the equipment with in the period specified in the purchase order, university shall deduct from the contract price, as liquidated damages, a sum equivalent to 1 one percent of the contract price of the delayed goods weekly or part thereof of delay until actual delivery. The penalties will be maximum of 10 of the contract amount awarded value.

The estimated cost is rs. 48, 74, 139 inclusive of gst material.
