The entire order shall be executed within four weeks from the date of issue unless specified otherwise, in the order.

Normally as per government rules the payment of bills can be made within a period of 30 days provided the supply reaches government polytechnic panaji in the last week of the month.

The machineequipment supplied shall carry a warrantyguarantee against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of final acceptance of such machine or equipment by the principal, government polytechnic panaji.

After due evaluation of the bids approval of competent authority, the principal, government polytechnic panaji will award the contract procurement of goodworks to the selected vendor.

Bidders need to have a class 3 category digital signature issued by a licensed certifying authority ca for etendering portal.

In case the tenderer fails to deliver the stores or any part thereof within the stipulated period of delivery or in case the stores are found not to be in accordance with specifications, the principal, government polytechnic panaji shall have the right to exercise his discretionary power as under.

Vendors shall visit the installation site before the submission of the quote.

The tender value is inr 1, 00, 000.

The last date and time for online submission of bids is **** up to **** PM.

Monthly bills are to be submitted by the 5th of the following month. Payment shall be released upon certification by the principal officer in charge of transport towards verification of bills in correlation with log book entries subject to satisfactory performance of duties as per contract.

Bidders must have a Class 3 category digital signature issued by a licensed certifying authority CA for e-tendering portal. They must also comply with all eligibility criteria, including vehicle registration, fitness certificate, insurance, PUC certificate, and GST registration. MSME registered bidders are exempt from some fees.

Penalties will be deducted from the monthly payment for delays, not wearing of uniform, misbehavior with staff/students, inadequate cleanliness of the vehicle, improper servicing/mechanical condition, providing invalid/inappropriate driver, and driver found drunk/indulging in gambling/other anti-social activities during duty hours.

The estimated total value is INR 15,00,000.

Failure to provide stores to the government polytechnic as per the delivery timeline stipulated in the award of contract, failure to provide security deposit within stipulated time frame, furnishing false information to secure the contract, derogating, amending or withdrawing the offer within validity period may lead to forfeiture of EMD.
