The brihanmumbai municipal corporation bmc invites etender to appointcontractor for the aforementioned work from contractors of repute, multidisciplinaryengineering organizations i. e. eminent firm, proprietarypartnership firms privatelimited companies public limited companiescompanies registered under theindian companies act ****, the contractors registered with the brihanmumbaimunicipal corporation, bmc in class ii and above in civil as per new registrationrules of bmc 2016 and from the contractorsfirms equivalent and superior classesregistered in central or state governmentsemi govt. organizationcentral or statepublic sector undertakings, will be allowed subject to condition that, thecontractors who are not registered with bmc will have to apply for registering their firmwithin three months time period from the award of contract, otherwise their bidsecurity i. e. e. m. d earnest money deposit will be forfeitedrecovered and an amountequal to registration fee of respective class will be recovered as penalty.

The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 6,49,30,**** including 18% GST.

The last date for submission of packet A, B is 30 September 2025.

The scrutiny fee of Rs. 18,150 (including 18% GST) is payable immediately after opening of packet A & B. An earnest money deposit (EMD) of Rs. 1,87,100 is required.

The contractors registered with the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) in class III and above in civil as per new registration rules of BMC 2016 and from the contractors/firms equivalent and superior classes registered in central or state government/semi govt. organization/central or state public sector undertakings, will be allowed.

If the contractors who are not registered with BMC will have to apply for registering their firm within three months time period from the award of contract, otherwise their bid security i. e. EMD earnest money deposit will be forfeited/recovered and an amount equal to registration fee of respective class will be recovered as penalty.
