The bid notice states he agreement is valid from **** to **** for hiring of tempos for transportation of milk from various mpcscdf in cans to milk chilling centresmain dairiesin open vehicle.

The tenderer shall submit the bills of hiring charges thrice a month after 10th, 20th and afterlast day of the month and verka dairy shall make payments within 15 days of submission of bill.

The bid notice states he agreement shall be awarded to the best qualified bidder through a draw of lots.

The tenderer who qualify the eligibility criteria and as per technical bideligibility criteriaand as per terms and conditions shall be considered for empanelment.

If any document of the successful tenderer is found to be false, penal action will be takenfor collecting liquidated damages from the tenderer apart from terminating the contract.

The last date for tender submission is 03 Oct 2025 at 11:30 AM.

The agreement shall be awarded to the best qualified bidder through a draw of lots. Equal opportunity shall be provided to all eligible vehicles whose bid has been determined to be substantially responsive to the bidding documents. The dairy shall be the sole judge in this regard.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by the government of Punjab. The tenderer must satisfy himself thoroughly about geographical area to be covered, nature of work, local conditions and the requirement of tdcmpul before submitting his tender.

If any document of the successful tenderer is found to be false, penal action will be taken for collecting liquidated damages from the tenderer apart from terminating the contract. If the driver is found to park vehicles at unauthorized places, a penalty of Rs. 10,000 will be imposed. Repeated instances will attract further action. If milk is spoiled due to failure in providing requirements, the tenderer should make good the loss. If there is any break down accident of the vehicle, it shall be the liability of the tenderer to make alternate arrangements at his own cost for lifting the milk in time otherwise he will be liable to bear the losses so occurred.

The last date for tender submission is **** at 3:00 PM.

Payment will be made by cheque within 10 days of receiving a proper bill.

The contract shall be awarded to the best qualified bidder whose bid has been determined to be substantially responsive to the bidding documents and who has offered the lowest evaluated bid price. The Doaba Coop Milk Producers Union Ltd. shall be the sole judge in this regard.

Bidders must have at least two years of experience in government/semi-govt/cooperative food industry, packaging of milk and milk products, and handling at least 150,000 liters of milk per day. A minimum turnover of Rs. 1 crore per annum (average of last three years) is required.

If there is any error regarding demand and supply, a penalty up to Rs. 1,000 can be made. If any incident of theft is found, 10 times the value can be recovered from the tenderer. In case of any indiscipline by the tenderer's staff member, a penalty as deemed fit by the General Manager, Verka Jalandhar Dairy can be imposed. Verka Jalandhar Dairy also has the right to terminate the contract and forfeit the security amount. If the tenderer fails to provide minimum manpower, a penalty of Rs. 500 per short person per day will be imposed. If any tenderer's staff member is found indulged in the acts of theft or causing loss or damage to the property of tdcmpul, a penalty up to 10 times the cost of the material/damage upon tenderer may be imposed.
