The work completion period is 4 month.

Payments will be adjusted for deductions for advance payments, retention, other recoveries in terms of the contract and taxes at source, as applicable under the law.

The defect liability period shall be two years for the work executed under this agreement.

The successful bid will be the lowest evaluated responsive bid which qualifies in technical evaluation.

Bidders must register on the e-procurement portal and submit bids electronically.

If the contractor fails to complete the work in accordance with this time schedule in terms of cost in money, and the delay in execution of work is attributable to the contractor, the contractor shall be liable to pay compensation to the government.

The bidder shall, prior to submitting his tender for the work, visit and examine the site of works and its surroundings at his own expenses.

Any grievance of a bidder pertaining to the procurement process shall be by way of filing an appeal to the first or second appellate authority, as the case may be, in accordance with the provisions of chapter iii of the act and chapter vii of the rules.
