The time schedule duration is 24 months from the date of site hand over.

Although, ordinarily the lowest responsive bid amongst the bids submitted by bidders and considered by the owner as qualified and competent, shall be preferred, the owner reserves the right not to accept the lowest bid if, in its opinion, this would not be in interest of the works.

All bidders must submit EMD in etendering portal. The annual turnover (ATO) should be minimum Rs **** lakhs during any of the three preceding financial years from the date of original bid closing.

A tenderer shall have the right to be heard in case he feels that a proper procurement process is not being followed and or his tender has been rejected wrongly. The tenderer is to be permitted to send his representation in writing to the tender inviting authority and contact persons within 24 hrs or the allowed time in the portal of freezing of evaluation on eportal.

The EMD amount is INR 98,****.

The duration of the contract shall be valid upto 06 months from **** to ****.

Bidders prequalification criteria are required to submit complete documents, pertaining to pqc along with their pqc: offer. Failure to meet the pqc will render the bid to be summarily rejected.
