Payment for tender document fee and e-service fee can be made online through debit cards, internet banking, and net banking, IMPS, NEFT, or OTC. Please refer to the online payment guidelines available on the single e-procurement portal of the Govt. of Haryana.
Rates will be carefully filled up in words and figures without any cutting, erasing, or overwriting. Rates alone will not be the deciding factor. The university reserves the right to reject any bidder.
The bidder must be registered with the competent authority, operating in India, and involved in examination-related work for a minimum of 3 years at any government institution, central or state universities, or education boards. Proof needs to be attached. The bidder should submit proof of having an annual turnover of Rs. 50 lacs or above during each of the last three years (****, ****, ****). Proofs in the form of balance sheets/ITRs along with a certificate duly certified by a registered chartered accountant are required. The bidder should have executed similar work at any government institution, central or state universities, or education boards during the last three years. The bidder must submit an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper duly attested by a 1st class magistrate/notary public to the effect that they have not been debarred/blacklisted by any state government, central government PSU, department, public or private institute/organization.
If the supplier/vendor backs out of its contract, its earnest money deposit (EMD) as well as security money shall be forfeited, and other action will be taken as deemed fit by the university.
The estimated total value of the tender is Rs. 15,00,000.
