The completion period of the work will be 120 days from the date of issue of loi/work order subject to availability of material shut down from the competent authority. The completion period will be reckoned from the next day after 15 days of issue of telegraphic communication or detail allotment letter which ever is earlier.

The bids shall be compared on the basis of total prices for the entire scope as given in price bid. The evaluated bid prices of all the bidders shall be compared among themselves and as a result of this comparison, the lowest bid emerging after negotiations as per policy in vogue will be selected for award of the contract.

The bidder should have valid enlistment pan, gst no. , tan issued by income tax authority and capability/experience certificate of executing similar work in any govt. semi govt. department shall be submitted by the contractor online. The experience certificate should be issued by the concerned xen or equivalent rank.

The contractor shall pay as compensation an amount equal to half percent which the executive engineer incharge may levy on the estimate cost of the whole work as shown in the tender for every week (7 calendar days) or part thereof that the work remain un commenced or unfinished after the due date. Further , to ensure good progress during the execution of the work the contractor shall be bound in all cases by the time allowed for any work exceeds one month to completed one forth or the whole of the work before one fourth of the whole time allowed under the contract has elapsed . In the event of the contractor failing to comply with this condition he shall be liable to pay as compensation an amount equal to half percent which the executive engineer incharge may levy on the said estimate cost of the whole work for every week that due quantity of work remain incomplete provided always that entire amount of compensation to be paid under the provision of this clause shall not exceed ten percent of the estimate cost of work as shown in the tender.

In order to assess the bidders eligibility against this tender, a copy of following may be supplied with the tender documents: a copy of work orders placed on the firm along with their successful commissioning performance certificates to ascertain that they have executed similar type of work 66 kv above. b a copy of pan no, gst no, epf registration no, esi registration no. and income tax returns for the last three years. c a copy of valid labourlicense.

The penalty shall be imposed on the bidder as per sr. no. 4. below in case the work is not completed within specified completion schedule.

Payment will be made by NEFT/RTGS after verification by the office of SDO Grid Const. Sdivn. HVPNL, Rohtak. Contractors must provide bank account details with documentary proof (cancelled cheque, etc. ).

The lowest bid emerging after negotiations, as per the policy in vogue, will be selected for the award of the contract.

Bidders must fulfill qualifying criteria, including providing work orders and commissioning certificates for similar projects (66 kV and above), PAN, GST, EPF, ESI registration numbers, and income tax returns for the last three years, and a valid labor license.

A token penalty of half percent per week or part thereof of delay, subject to a maximum of 10% of the unexecuted portion of the contract, would be levied in case of delay in execution of the work beyond the stipulated completion period with allowed extension, if any, granted to them by the HVPNL authority.

Prorata monthly payment will be made to the contractor based on bills raised and certified by the designated officer.

Bidders must have valid enlistment, PAN, and capability performance certificate of executing civil works, indicating the average of the total quantum of work executed for the last three years in any government or semi-government department. The experience certificate should be issued from the concerned Xen or equivalent rank.

A penalty of Rs. 1,000 per day may be imposed for non-compliance with service charter timelines or for unsatisfactory work performance.
