The bidders must have registration or login ids on hew portal and upload the proof of same during bid. The bidder should have the electrical contractor license issued by chief electrical inspector, haryana. The license of bidder contractual agency must be valid up to closing date of tender, proof of same also be attached by bidder online during bid. also it must be active throughout contract period, which in any case if requires renewal then it must be renewed in time. The bidder must upload the affidavit online as per performa given in section7 at point no. k i. e. affidavit in cbd during bid.
