The work shall be completed within the time stipulated in the contract work order.
The running on account payments may be made once in a month or at intervals stipulated in the work order contract agreement.

If the contractor fails to complete the work and clear the site on or before the date of completion or extended date of completion, he shall without prejudice to any other right or remedy available under the law to the company on account of such breach, pay as compensation liquidated damages: @half percent of the contract amountrevised contract amount excluding gst whichever is less, per week or part of the week of delay.
The bidder, at the bidders own responsibilities, cost and risk, is encouraged to visit and examine the site of works and its surroundings, approach road, soil condition, investigation report, existing works, if any, connected to the tendered work, drawings connected to the work, if as available and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the bid and entering into a contract for execution of the works.
The contractor shall immediately after the award of work draw up a schedule giving dates for submission ofsamples as required or necessary as per the specification for approval of engineerincharge who shall approve, if found acceptable, promptly so that there is no delay in the progress of the work of the contractor or of the workof any of the subcontractor.
