The prebid meeting will be held as per the details in appendix to itb. The bidders may note that the works are to be carried out strictly as per the applicable laws, permits, rules and regulations. Any damages penalties imposed by any statutory authority, like ngt etc, on account of noncompliance of any applicable laws, permits, rules and regulations shall have to be borne by the contractor.
