The said register shall have to be made available as and when demanded by the authorized official of the committee. The contractor shall preserve the reproductive organs uterus, ovaries, fallopian, tubes, testicles etc removed during operations in formalinvinegar. The contractor shall hand over the organs of the preceding month to the official of the committee authorized by the district municipal commissioner, nuh. The contractor shall ensure that the sterilization immunization of the stray dogs shall be conducted through qualified veterinary doctors registered with veterinary committee of indiastate veterinary committee. The contractor shall have to make monthly schedule of catchingstray dogs from the designated arewardsectorvillagecolony etc in consultation withauthorized officer of the committee. The contractor shall ensure that its staff participating in theabc ary programme are immunized against rabies on regular basis. The contractor shall issue identify card at his own cost to his entire staff and they shall be bound to display the identity cards during the duty hours. The contractor shall ensure that the police verification of all the persons deployed by himher has been formally done. The contractor should get all his employees medically examined from a qualified doctor and ensure that none of them is suffering from any contagious disease.
