The applicants who intend to participate in the tender have to scan and upload the eligibility documents on the e-tendering portal https:eprocure. goa. gov. in. the eligibility documents are: a. attested copy of valid contractors registration certificate. b. attested copy of valid pan card. c. attested copy of certificate of gst registration acknowledgement of up to date filled returns along with copy of application reference number arn as per gst law. d. the bidder who have works in hand with total value of which is equal to or more than four times their tendering limit as per goa enlistment rules 2020, in the same category of registration in their name or firms name at the time of application are not eligible and such applications will be summarily rejected.
