The successful bidder will be expected to complete the projects by the intended completion date specified in the contract data.

The employer named in appendix to ITB invites bids for the projects and as defined in these documents and referred to as the projects detailed in the table given in IFB.

All bidders shall provide in section 2, forms of the bid and qualifications information, a preliminary description of the proposed work method and schedule, including drawings and charts, as necessary.

The estimated cost of the project is 2,78,00,000.

The allotted time for the works will be as per the completion time clause, which varies from 90 to 180 days depending on the work.

The payment will be made by the successful bidder as per schedule attached in annexure A and same has to be deposited to department till 2 pm on the said date.

The bidder offering the highest amount to be paid to government shall be awarded the contract.

In case the bidder fails to deposit the dues within 15 days after the grace period, the contract shall be cancelled forthwith and penal action shall be initiated against the H1 bidder.

The bidder may undertake at site visit to desilting site to ascertain the site conditions, location, site accesstransport route, communication, weather, availability of power, and any other connected activities for satisfactory completion of the works.

The bid value of the bidder includes include all statutory levies excluding income tax collected at source which shall be payable by the bidder.
