The bid notice states he work shall be completed within the time stipulated in the contract work order.

The employer will award the contract to the bidder whose bid has been determined to be substantially responsive to the bidding documents and who has offered the lowest evaluated acceptable bid price.

The intending bidder must have in its name or proportionate share as a member of joint venture partnership firm experience of having successfully completed similar works, during last 7seven years ending last day of month previous to the one in which bid applications are invited.

If the contractor fails to complete the work and clear the site on or before the date of completion or extended date of completion, he shall without prejudice to any other right or remedy available under the law to the company on account of such breach, pay as compensation liquidated damages.

The bidder, at the bidders own responsibility, cost and risk, is encouraged to visit and examine the site of works and its surroundings, approach road, soil condition, investigation report, existing works, if any, connected to the tendered work, drawings connected to the work, if as available and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the bid and entering into a contract for execution of the works.

The estimated value is Rs. 1,09,****.

The work should be completed within the stipulated period which shall be reckoned from the expiry of 07 seven days from the issue of letter of acceptance of tender/work order or handing over the site or handing over reasonable number of working drawings to the contractor or the period of mobilization allowed in the work order for starting the work in special circumstances, whichever is latest.

90% payment will be made within 30 days of submission of bill after successful completion and acceptance of job. The firms will be required to submit the bank details in the prescribed format along with tender document. The balance retained 10% payment will be made after completion of warranty period.

The guarantee/warranty is 6 months/1500 hrs from the date of completion/handing over of the work whichever is earlier.

L1 will be decided based on cost to company.

The invitation for bid is open to all bidders including an individual, proprietorship firm, partnership firm, company or a joint venture having eligibility to participate as per eligibility criteria stipulated in clause no. 8 of nit and having digital signature certificate dsc issued from any agency authorized by controller of certifying authority cca, govt. of india and which can be traced up to the chain of trust to the root certificate of cca.

Liquidity damages will be charged @per week or part thereof subject to maximum of 10 of the total awarded value for delay in completion of work. The same ld clause will apply to the delay in repair replacement in case of failure under warranty guarantee.

Every tenderer is expected, before quoting his rates, to go through the requirements of materialsworkmanship under specificationrequirements and conditions of contract and to inspect the sitearea of the proposed work at his own cost.

The estimated value including GST of tender is INR 81,535.
