Bidders must be residents of the respective panchayat. L1 bidder supplies at quoted rates; delayed supply incurs penalty Rs 1,000/day or 10% of value. Rates inclusive of all taxes and charges.
Supply must be completed within the stipulated time in the supply order. The L1 bidder must supply the material within the time specified by the BDO concerned and failure results in penalties.
Rates quoted are inclusive of all taxes, freight, insurance, loading, unloading. No payments shall be claimed for any contingencies or carriages. Payments made in Indian Rupees.
Contract awarded to the lowest bidder (L1). The supply order shall be given to the lowest bidder by the respective block development officer.
Bidders must upload: fee payment challan, EMD (CDR/FDR Rs 5,000), contractor registration card, PAN card, GST registration with GSTR-3B returns, residence certificate from BDO, and affidavit attested by 1st class magistrate.
Penalty for delayed supply: penalty to the extent of 10% of the total value of the work or a penalty **** per day delay shall be imposed.
Site visit is encouraged but optional. The bidder, at his own cost, responsibility and risk is encouraged to visit, examine and familiarize himself with the site of works.
Clarification requests must be received earlier than 03 days prior to the deadline for submission of bids.
Bids rejected if not substantially responsive, if documents are photostat/xerox copies, or if bidder makes misleading or false representations in the forms, statements, affidavits.
