The completion period for the work is 730 days. repairmaintenance of water coolers, refrigerators and deep freezers installed at different locations of cws jayant and central store for a period of 02 years.

Payment of GST will be made only on submission of a valid bill/invoice and after online filing of valid return on GST portal. the payment of gst and gst compensation cess by service availer i. e. cilsubsidiary to biddercontractor if gst payable by biddercontractor would be made only on the latter submitting a billinvoice in accordance with the provision of relevant gst act

The contract is awarded to the L1 (lowest) bidder. among all qualified bids, the lowest bid will be termed as l1. if l1 is from a classi local supplier, the contract for full quantity will be awarded to l1 at l1 price

Bidders must have experience of similar work and average annual financial turnover of at least 30% of estimated cost. the intending bidder must have in its name or proportionate share as a member of joint venturepartnership firm experience of having successfully completed similar work during last 7seven years

If L1 bidder backs out, EMD will be forfeited and bidder debarred for minimum one year. if l1 bidder backs put i. e. technocommercially established l1 bidder, the emd will be forfeited and the bidder will be debarred for a minimum one 1 year from participating in tenders in cilsubsidiary.

Bidders are encouraged to visit the site at their own cost and risk. the bidder, at the bidders own responsibilities, cost and risk, is encouraged to visit and examine the site of works and its surrounding
