The time allowed for carrying out the work will be 12 months from the date of start as defined in schedule f or from the first date of handing over of the site, whichever is later, in accordance with the phasing, if any, indicated in the bid documents.

The payment to the contractor shall be made quarterly after receipt of bill complete with all documents mentioned above, subject to availability of funds.

In case, the contractor fails to submit the proof of wages paid of previous month to his workers at most by 10th day of the month, the penalty @rs. 500 per day per worker shall be imposed on the contractor and shall be deducted from the running final bill of the contractor. If driver found coming on duty without wearing uniform a recovery @rs. 100 per day shall be made from the contractors bill. If driver found without mobile phone recovery @rs. 50 per day shall be made from the contractors bill. If contractor fails to provide vehicle on any day, recovery **** per day each shall be made from contractors bill.

The intending bidders are advised to inspect and examine the site and its surroundings and satisfy themselves before submitting their bids as to the nature of the ground and subsoil so far as is practicable, the form and nature of the site, the means of access to the site, the accommodation they may require and in general shall themselves obtain all necessary information as to risks, contingencies and other circumstances which may influence or affect their bid.

The work is estimated to cost rs. 7, 06, 000.
