Any instance of tampering with the bidding documents will result in the rejection of the bid and may attract further penalties as applicable. A bidder whose price is unrealistically low or abnormally low shall submit an affidavit document for deposition of the cost difference between their bidding amount and the total cost of the tender as a work security, in addition to a 5% performance guarantee of their bidding amount.
The bidders shall have to submit an affidavit signed by a magistrate stating that the bidders has personally inspected and examined the site and its surroundings, and is satisfied with all aspects prior to submitting their bid.
The probable amount of the contract is Rs. 25,65,000.
