Tender for erection, testing, and commissioning of mist spray, dust suppression, and sprinkling systems at ash silo. Bidders must download tender documents from Haryana Engineering Works Portal or e-tender portal. Tender fee and EMD are payable online. Technical bids will be opened first, followed by price bids for shortlisted firms. Bidders must meet pre-qualifying requirements including experience and annual turnover. Firms must not be blacklisted. The entire work will be awarded to a single firm quoting the lowest overall price. Site inspection is advised before tendering. The contract period is 120 days.
The work shall be completed within 120 days from the date of start of the work.
100% payment of contract value shall be released against appropriate bill of the contractor and satisfactory completion of work by deducting 10% security deposit and statutory deductions.
The contractor shall provide warranty for the workmanship of the work done for a period of 12 months from the date of completion of work or 18 months from the date of commissioning of equipment after overhauling, whichever is earlier.
The whole work against this tender shall be awarded to a single firm whose overall quoted prices for the complete work will be lowest.
Bidders must be original equipment manufacturers/suppliers (OEM/OES) or a registered vendor of HPGCL, or have experience of successfully executing similar work with a minimum order value and average annual turnover of Rs. 1,48,62,690 in the last three consecutive financial years.
In case of delay in completing the work, a penalty will be imposed at 1% of the total contract value per day, subject to a maximum of 10% of the contract value.
Before tendering, the tenderer is advised to inspect the work at site, the environment, and get acquainted with the actual work and other prevalent conditions and facilities available. No claim will be entertained later, on the ground of lack of knowledge.
Bidders may be disqualified if they have made misleading or false representations in the forms, statements, and attachments submitted in proof of the qualification requirements. Deliberately giving wrong information in the tender can lead to rejection at any stage.
