The contract period is one year from the date of issuing the supply order.

Payment terms are within 15 days after the supply of material.

The technical bid will be examined to assess quality, production capacity, credibility, and authenticity. The financial bid of technically qualified firms will be opened.

The technical bid should contain company description, BIS standard of the product, establishment details, years of experience, list of customers, technical specifications, registration certificate, sales tax/VAT registration, PAN card, tender notice document, last 3 years supply details to Matsyafed, and income tax returns for the last three financial years.

Late tenders will not be accepted. Payments must be made correctly to avoid issues.

Bidders should have a Class II or above digital signature certificate (DSC) to be procured from any registration authorities (RA) under the Certifying Authority of India. Delivery/service of the item should be done at Thai Periyar Government Institute of Technology, Vellore. Non-execution of the order within the prescribed date will lead to cancellation of order placed.

100% payment will be given only after the successful servicing and proper working of the equipment.

The supplier shall provide a minimum warranty of one year for all quoted items and equipments.

The tender is item wise, and evaluation will be based on the submitted bids.

Eligible bidders should have previous experience of supplying similar minimum 3 order items to Central/State Government/PSUs/Local Body. Minimum turnover of 2 crore for last three years and audit balance sheet for the same should be provided.

Non-execution of the order within the prescribed date will lead to cancellation of order placed. The supplier may be blacklisted.

The bidder should inspect the site at TPGIT and should upload the inspection certificate from concerned authority along with technical bid otherwise the submission will be rejected.

Partial bid strictly not allowed and the submission will be rejected. The quotation without the above mentioned information will be summarily rejected.

The bid submission deadline is August 13, 2026, up to 15:00 hrs.

Bidders must register on eprocurement website www. ***. *. * and obtain a Class III digital signature certificate. They must also submit requisite documents as per NIT, including credential PQR related to financial status and experience.

Bids may be summarily rejected if they are incomplete or have changed contents from the downloaded tender documents. Submission of an affidavit for no banning/blacklisting is required, otherwise the bid shall be summarily rejected.

The estimated amount is INR 9,89,007 inclusive of all taxes.
