Contract period is till financial year, specifically may 2026 to 31st of october 2026. Materials must be supplied within the time specified by the BDO.

Payments will be made by the concerned BDO as and when funds are made available.

Contract awarded on percentage basis; all the rates as per mgnerga sor and rates quoted by vendor must be below or at par, no above quoted rates by vendor are accepted.

Vendors must be registered with ut of jandkgovt. , cpwd, railways and other statecentral governments and upload mandatory documents including tender fee, EMD, PAN, GST registration, and BDO certificate.

Delayed compensation and unemployment allowance due to non-availability of material shall be borne by the l1 material supplier.

Failure to submit hard copies within 3 days shall render the l1 as non responsive and he shall be debarred to participate in any tendering process up to 12 months.

Supply must be completed within the contract period, as stated: contract period till financial year and period of contract i. e. may 2026 to 31st of october 2026.

Payments are made by the concerned BDO when funds are available: payments to the vendor will be done by concerned bdo as and when funds are made available.

The contract is awarded to the lowest bidder: the supply order shall be given to the lowest vendor by the respective block development officer.

Vendors must be registered with UT of J&K, CPWD, Railways or other state/central governments, and must be a resident of the concerned panchayat: approved and eligible contractors registered with ut of jandkgovt. , cpwd, railways and other statecentral governments.

Delayed supply incurs compensation: the delayed compensation and unemployment allowance accrued due to nonavailability of material on the work site. . . shall be borne by the l1 material supplier.
