The model of vehicle shall not be older than oct 2023. The rate includes cost of maintenance repair fuel i. e. diesel petrol cngpower charging, lubricants etc. of vehicle and salary, uniform etc. of driver, breakage wear tear, etc. extra km charge for running the vehicle extra hour charge beyond 9 hrs ic one hour lunch duty before and after normal duty as hours
