The payment shall be made within 45 days of receipt of invoice by the authority.

Contractors who fulfill the following requirements will be eligible to apply: joint ventures are not accepted. Bidders are required to submit TDS certificates in Form 26AS, in case the similar works are executed for a reputed private body, which shall form basis for judging the completion cost of similar work executed by the bidder. Such type of works for private body should be examined by technical team of uppcl having member not less than project unit incharge. The work considered similar is decided by agreement.

Intending bidders are advised to inspect and examine the site and its surroundings and satisfy themselves before submitting their bids as to the nature of the ground and subsoil so far as is practicable, the form and nature of the site, the means of access to the site, the accommodation they may require and in general shall themselves obtain all necessary information as to risks, contingencies and other circumstances which may influence or affect their bid.

The estimated total value is INR 25,84,000.
