Bidders must submit copy of PAN, GST registration certificate, certificate for registration under employee state insurance act, certificate for EPF registration, registration under labour laws if applicable as part of technical bid.
Penalties apply for non-availability of equipment exceeding 24 hours per month, damage to property, breach of contract, and non-compliance with statutory requirements.
