Sealed tenders are invited from bonafide contractors, manufactures, agencies, and suppliers for the maintenance of community halls at different ranges under 24 Parganas South Division. Tenders must be submitted online by September 8, 2025, and include a technical and financial proposal. The technical proposal must include statutory documents (form 1, form A, NIT, EMD, turnover statements, power of attorney, declaration of no common interest, drawings). The financial proposal must include a Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Completion certificates for similar works in the last five financial years are required. The tender will be valid for 365 days from the date of opening of the financial bid. The lowest valid rate will normally be accepted, but the tender accepting authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders. The work should be completed within one month of the work order. The payment of bill for any work will be made according to the availability of fund and approval of higher authorities where ever applicable and no claim to delay in payment will be entertained.

Bonafide contractors, manufactures, agencies, suppliers, including consortiums and partnership firms having 3 years experience of similar type of supply in govt. psu sectorzoological garden are eligible to participate.
If any tenderer fails to produce the original hard copies of the documents or if any deviation is detected in the hard copies from the uploaded soft copies or if there is any suppression, the tenderer will be suspended from participating in the tenders on etender platform for a period of 3 three years. In addition, his earnest money deposit will stand forfeited to the government.
Intending tenderers should make themselves acquainted thoroughly with the local conditions prevailing at site by actual inspection of the site and taking into consideration of all factors and difficulties likely to be involved in the execution of work.
Intending tenderer not satisfied with the decision of the tender accepting authority may prefer an appeal to the joint director, sundarban biosphere reserve west bengal, within two working days after the date of uploading of the summary list of the successful tenderers.
