Bidders must submit bids online with a digital signature. Scanned copies of all necessary documents, including the tender document fee, must be uploaded with the technical bid. The date of the treasury challan should be between the bid start and submission end dates. The contractor is responsible for adhering to traffic regulations. The contract will be governed by the laws of the land. The work is to be completed within the time limit specified in the NIT. Performance security shall be released after the defect liability period is over successfully.

The payment schedule shall be fixed after award of contract in favor of successful bidder, based on availability of funds and value of work executed, shall be determined by the engineer.
The defects noticed in the work during execution or d. l. p shall be corrected by the contractor within the length of the time specified by the engineer. The dlp shall be calculated from date of certified completion of work and period shall be 12 months.
All bidders shall upload valid treasury challan receipt, earnest money deposit, PAN number, GST registration certificate, and registration of contractors.
In case of delay in completion of work beyond stipulated period of completion, penalty up to maximum of 10 of the contract shall be imposed.
The bidder at his own responsibility and risk should visit and examine the site of work and its surroundings before submission of bid.
