It is encouraged for the bidder to visit and examine the site at their own risk. the bidder, at the bidders own responsibility and risk is encouraged to visit and examine the site of works and its surroundings and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the bid and entering into a contract for construction of the works.

The payment of final bill to the contractor shall be made by employer on submission of no dues clearance certificate from the electric supply authority.

For projects with contract price rs. 100 crore: **** per day for non-submission. For rescheduling milestones, liquidated damages of **** per day shall be levied.
