Quarantine e-Tenders

The supply of heifers must be made throughout the district strictly within 30 thirty days from the date of issue of supply order as per schedule printed in the order. The schedule may be revised/increased/decreased/temporarily postponed by the receiving authority, depending upon need and number of heifers to be supplied for particular block will be mentioned in the supply order.

No advance payment will be entertained. Bills must be raised in triplicate in favor of the deputy director, ARD PO, Purba Bardhaman, and challans in triplicate to be raised in favor of respective blocks should invariably be submitted at the time of delivery. Payment shall be made after executing the order satisfactorily in all respects. However, no interest shall be paid to the supplier, if the payment is delayed due to reasons, whatsoever. In no circumstances, delivery schedule should be affected or linked with the payment of outstanding bills. The payment of bills shall be withheld, in case of violation of any tender terms and conditions.

The bidder should be SHG or sangha of SHG or any agency or suppliers/individuals having experience in this field last five years.

Earnest money deposit will be retained throughout the tender tenure and liable to be forfeited if the firm withdraws the tender or fails/refuses to enter into a written agreement. Security money deposit is liable for forfeiture in full for failure/refusal to maintain the delivery schedule or non-observance of terms/conditions. The quoted rate should not exceed the rate at which the bidder sells heifers of identical description to any other government department/organization.

Objections regarding pre-qualifying an agency should be lodged to the chairperson of the bid evaluation committee within 48 hours from the date and time of sending the email.

The estimated total value of the tender is 20,96,000 INR.
