The intended completion date for the whole of the works is 12 months after the start of work.

Payments will be made based on certificates issued by the engineer, with provisions for advance payment and retention money.

The contract includes a defect liability cum maintenance period, calculated from the completion date, during which defects must be corrected by the contractor.

The contract will be awarded to the bidder whose bid is substantially responsive and has offered the lowest evaluated bid price.

Bidders must meet eligibility criteria including having a contractor ID on the Haryana Engineering Works portal, and for works above Rs **** lacs, specific experience and financial turnover requirements must be fulfilled.

Failure to submit performance security or additional performance security may lead to forfeiture of earnest money, debarring from future tenders, and other actions as per the bid security declaration.

The bidder, at their own responsibility and risk, is encouraged to visit and examine the site of works and its surroundings.

Bidders may be disqualified if they make misleading or false representations, have a record of poor performance, or participate in previous bidding for the same work and quote unreasonably high prices without justification.

The estimated cost of the work is Rs **** lakhs.
