Online percentage rate tenders are invited for construction of an additional record room. Eligibility criteria include registration in appropriate class with DJB, Railway, CPWD, etc. Tenders must be submitted online in two parts: technical and financial. The last date for downloading tenders is June 15, 2026, up to 2:30 PM. Online submission deadline is June 15, 2026, up to 3:00 PM. Technical bid opening is on June 15, 2026, at 3:05 PM. Financial bid opening is on the 7th day after technical bid opening. Tender validity is 90 days from the date of financial bid opening. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is INR 19,000 and Tender Processing Fee (TPF) is INR 500. EMD can be submitted via NEFT/RTGS or FDR. Failure to comply with submission instructions may lead to rejection. Any incorrect document found at any stage will result in rejection, blacklisting, and FIR lodging. If the L1 bid is more than 25% below the justified cost, an additional performance guarantee will be required. A performance guarantee of 5% of the tendered amount is required for tenders above Rs. 10 lacs after the Letter of Intent. The DJB reserves the right to reject any or all tenders.

The successful bidder will have to submit proof of online transaction to labours account and proof of deposition of ESI and EPF along with the bill. ID proof of each labour must be submitted at the time of contract agreement.
The contract will be awarded to the bidder whose tender is adjudged to be in the best interest of the Delhi Jal Board, considering compliance with tender specifications, past experience, after-sales service facilities, and the bidder's capacity to perform.
Eligible registered contractors in appropriate class/category in DJB, Railway, CPWD, IFC, MES, DDA, MCD, NDMC, or any government department, who are essentially registered on the Delhi Govt. e-procurement system, are eligible.
If the contractor fails to furnish the prescribed performance guarantee within the prescribed period, 100% EMD shall be forfeited. 100% EMD shall be forfeited if the contractor agency fails to execute the CA within 15 days after issue of work order.
If any document submitted by the firm is found incorrect at any stage, the tender shall be summarily rejected, action shall be initiated for breach of trust, FIR shall be lodged, and action shall be initiated for blacklisting the firm. Work will be completed at the risk and cost of the defaulting bidder.
