The time allowed for carrying out the work will be 12 months from the date of start as defined in schedule f or from the first date of handing over of the site, whichever is later, in accordance with the phasing, if any, indicated in the bid documents.

A CPWD enlisted contractor who himself meet the eligibility criteria as defined below: i three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40 of estimated cost of the work. or 3 two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 60 of estimated cost of the work. or one similar completed work of aggregated cost not less than amount equal to 80 of estimated cost of the work. similar work shall mean works fire alarm system or b those of appropriate list of mes, bsnl and other state govt. departments in appropriate class of building road category, who have satisfactorily completed the similar nature works as mentioned below during the last seven years ending last day of month previous to the one in which tenders are invited: i three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40 of estimated cost of the work. or two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 60 of estimated cost of the work. or one similar completed work of aggregated cost not less than amount equal to 80 of estimated cost of the work. similar work shall mean works fire alarm system or c other experienced contractors who have satisfactorily completed the similar nature works as mentioned below during the last seven years ending last day of month previous to the one in which tenders are invited: i three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40 of estimated cost of the work. or two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 60 of estimated cost of the work. or one similar completed work of aggregated cost not less than amount equal to 80 of estimated cost of the work. similar work shall mean works fire alarm system d should not have incurred any loss profit after tax should be positive in more than two years during the last five years ending 31st march 2025. e should have a bankers certificate from a commercial bank for 40 of the estimated cost or net worth certificate from ca with unique document identification number udin of minimum 10 amount of ecpt scanned copy of original to be uploaded.

In case of delay in attending the complains, penalties @rs. 500 per complain per day beyond 24 hrs **** per complain per day beyond 48 hrs shall be levied subject to maximum of 10 of tender amount.

The intending bidders are advised to inspect and examine the site and its surroundings and satisfy themselves before submitting their bids as to the nature of the ground and subsoil so far as is practicable, the form and nature of the site, the means of access to the site, the 11 accommodation they may require and in general shall themselves obtain all necessary information as to risks, contingencies and other circumstances which may influence or affect their bid.

The work is estimated to cost rs. 10, 80, 372.
