The time allowed for carrying out the work will be 365 days from the date of start as defined in schedule f or from the first date of handing over of the site, whichever is later, indicated in the bid documents.

The competent authority on behalf of the president of india does not bind himself to accept the lowest or any other tender, and reserves to himself the authority to reject any or all of the tenders received without the assignment of any reason.

The bidder should have satisfactory completed/running the similar works during the last seven years ending last date of the month previous to the one in which tenders are invited as under sop13: one similar work costing not less than 80 i. e 14, 02, 315 of the estimated cost put to tender. or two similar works costing not less than 60 i. e 10, 51, 736 of the estimated cost put to tender. or three similar works costing not less than 40 i. e 7, 01, 158 of the estimated cost put to tender similar work shall mean providing service of monkey expert.

In case of absence of any monkey expert from duty, a recovery of rs **** per day shall be imposed on the contractor.

The tenderers are advised to inspect and examine the site and its surroundings and satisfy themselves before submitting their tenders as to the nature of the ground and subsoil so far as is practicable, the form and nature of the site, the means of access to the site, the accommodation they may require and in general shall themselves obtain all necessary information as to risks, contingencies and other circumstances which may influence or affect their tender.

The time allowed for the carrying out the work is 12 months with working time of 8 hours and holiday as applicable in the particular office.

Payment should be made by 5th day of every month through RTGS/NEFT/online banking, otherwise a fine of Rs. 500 per day per person will be recovered from the bill for late payment.

In case security guard found absent, penalty of **** per guard per day per shift of 8 hrs. duty shall be imposed.

The contractors shall inspect the site of work before tendering and acquaint himself with the site conditions and no claim on this account shall be entertained by the department.

The payment of the work done will be made subject to the availability of fund.

The bidders who quotes the tender more than 20 below the estimated cost put to tender will be liable for outright rejection in terms of circular **** dt ****.

The online application should accompany the following documents: attested copy of valid registration certificate, attested copy of pan card valid, attested copy of valid gst registration certificate, copy of the system generated mailsms from the commercial tax department, government of goa, self declaration in prescribed format, and the contractor agency whose annual turnover is **** lakhs or above should get registered under gat.
