The agency shall be required to furnish certificate to this effect to the director tourism, u. t. , chandigarh, prior to the commencement of the event. Any lapse in this regard will lead to forfeiture of security along with blacklisting. The agency shall ensure medical fitness of operators. The team already deployed by the health department, u. t. , chandigarh at the venue during the events shall be directed to ensure the medical fitness of operators. In case of any dispute between successful bidderallottee the tourism department, the jurisdiction shall be chandigarh. The bidder shall be solely responsible for any untoward incident or mishap resulting from the malfunction of any jhulla or equipment installed or placed by the successful bidderallottee.
