This tender is for the construction of a community hall at Nagri Chithun Association Choglamsar. The defect liability period is 12 months from the certified completion of work. The contractor is responsible for the safety of all activities at the site. The employer may terminate the contract for fundamental breaches. Arbitration will be subject to the jurisdiction of Leh courts. Payment schedule will be fixed after the award of the contract. Retention money of 10% will be deducted from each running bill. The tender inviting authority reserves the right to reject any tender. The lowest bidder (L1) must attend the office for signing the agreement bond and negotiation of rates within 3 days after opening of financial bids.
