Work must be completed within 60 days: time allowed for the completion of work will be maximum 60 days after issue of work award or last date of issue of material gate pass by stc office.

Bidders must be enlisted for electrical works and meet financial and experience criteria. the reputed firms and contractors enlisted for electrical workswith municipal corporation chandigarh engineering department and average annual financial turnovershould be at least 30 of the estimated cost put to tender ecpt during the immediate last three consecutive financial years.

Milestone failures result in withholding of 1% of tendered amount per milestone. the total amount withheld due to nonachievement of milestones shall not exceed 5 of the contract value.

Site visit is advised but not mandatory. the intending bidderscontractors are advised to inspect and examine the site its surroundings and satisfy themselves before submitting their tendersbids

Bids will be rejected if tender fees or EMD are not deposited, or if required documents are not uploaded. in case, the scanned copy copies of the requisite documents as per checklist are not uploaded the bid will not be considered and shall be rejected straightway.
