The tender notice is for repairing and overhauling of the lube oil system, oil chamber, filter, alternator, and changing parts of a loco at Moonidih Coal Washery. The bidder must accept the online user portal agreement. The invitation for bid is open to all eligible bidders. The bidder will have to make the payment of emd through online mode only. The bidder is encouraged to visit and examine the site of works. The unit rates and prices shall be quoted by the bidder entirely in indian rupees only. The validity period of the tenders shall be 120one hundred twenty days from the end date of bid submission. The company reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever and to split up the work between two or more tenderers or accept the tender in part and not in its entirety. The contractor shall enter into and execute contract agreement in the companys prescribed form for the due fulfilment of the contract. The contractor shall provide all materials required for the work, unless otherwise specified. The contractor shall be responsible for correct and complete execution of the work in a workman like manner with the materials as per specification. The engineerincharge shall make final inspection of all work included in the contractwork order, or any portion thereof, or any completed structure forming part of the work of the contract, as soon as practicable after notification by the contractor that the work is completed and ready for acceptance. The contractor shall be responsible to make good and remedy at his own expense the defects mentioned within such period as may be stipulated by the engineerincharge in writing. The contractor is responsible to facilitate for obtaining completion occupancy certificates clearances and noobjectioncertificates nocs, if applicable, from the local civic authorities, for completed work and facilities before handing over the same to procuring entity for putting them to functional use. The contractor shall hand over to cilsubsidiary the completed work including all services and facilities constructed in accordance with the approved plans, specifications fulfilling all agreed technofunctional requirements along with inventory, as built drawings, maintenance manual standard operating procedure sop for equipments and plants, all clearances certificates from statutory authorities, local bodies etc. as directed by eic before submission of final bill. The contractor shall make his their own arrangement for all materials, tools, staff and labourer required for the contract, which shall include cost of lead, lift, loading, unloading, railway freight, recruiting expenses and any other charges for the completion of the work to entire satisfaction of the company. The contractor shall make their own arrangement for carriage of all materials to the work site at histheir own cost. The work shall not be sublet to any other party, unless approved by engineerincharge, in writing.
