The tender is for the construction of a road and RCC drain in Delhi. Bidders must submit documents, including GST registration, and EMD. The work duration is 6 months. A performance guarantee of 5% of the tender amount is required. The site is available. Tenders can be downloaded and submitted online. The EMD must be submitted physically. The contractor must comply with labor laws and provide a certificate undertaking. The rates quoted should include all taxes. The work is subject to inspections. The contractor must ensure compliance with pollution control norms. The performance guarantee will be released after the completion of work. The agency shall ensure proper stacking disposal of cd wastes at site. The contractor has to submit soft and hard copy of geo tagged photography of entire site before, during and after execution of project.
The time allowed for carrying out the work will be 03 months from the 15 days after the date of written orders to commence the work or from the 1 st day of handing over the site, whichever is later, in accordance with the phasing, if any, indicated in the tender documents.
All the executed work under this agreement shall have free maintenance perioddefect liability period for 5 years from the date of completion of project.
The competent authority on behalf of president of india does not bind himself to accept the lowest or any other tender and reserves to himself the authority to reject any or all of the tenders received without the assignment of a reason.

If any tenderer withdraws his tender or makes any modification in the terms conditions of the tender which is not acceptable to the department within 7 days after last date of submission of bids, then the government shall without prejudice to any other right or remedy, be at liberty to forfeit 50 of earnest money absolutely irrespective of letter of acceptance for the work is issued or not.
Tenderers are advised to inspect and examine the site and its surroundings and satisfy themselves before submitting their tenders, the form and nature of the site, the means of access to the site, the accommodation they may require and in general shall themselves obtain all necessary information as to risks, contingencies and other circumstances which may influence or affect their tender.
Samples of various materials required for testing shall be provided free of charge by the contractor.
