Tenders are invited for the procurement of key materials for VBG Ram G works for various Panchayats. The contract period is from September 2026 to March 2027. Bids are to be submitted online. The tender fee is INR 600. The bid submission end date is August 18, 2026, and the bid opening date is August 19, 2026. Vendors must be approved and eligible contractors/vendors. Mandatory documents include tender fee receipt, EMD, PAN card, GST registration, and an affidavit. Failure to submit required documents or adhere to specifications may lead to rejection and debarment. Payments will be made by the concerned BDO as funds become available. The contract shall be governed by the laws of the land, and jurisdiction for disputes shall be in the J&K State.
The contract period is from September 2026 to March 2027. The L1 vendor must supply all material within the time specified by the BDO concerned, otherwise, delayed compensation and unemployment allowance will be borne by the supplier.
Payments to the vendor will be done by the concerned BDO as and when funds are made available.
The award criterion is based on the lowest price, as indicated by all the rates as per vbgramg sor and rates quoted by vendor must be below or at par, no above quoted rates by vendor are accepted. and the supply order shall be given to the lowest vendor.
Vendors must be approved and eligible contractors/vendors registered with UT of J&K Govt. , CPWD, Railways, and other State/Central Governments. They must also upload scanned copies of supporting documents like tender fee, EMD, PAN card, GST registration, and an affidavit.
The L1 vendor must supply all material within the time specified by the BDO concerned, otherwise, delayed compensation and unemployment allowance will be borne by the supplier. If the L1 vendor fails to submit material in full, no claim will be entertained. Failure to produce hard copies of uploaded documents within 3 days after financial bids opened will render the L1 as non-responsive and debarred for up to 12 months.
The vendor at his own responsibility and risk should visit and examine the site of work and its surroundings before submission of bid.
Tenders are liable to rejection if they do not fulfill the requirements laid down in the NIT. Fundamental breach of contract includes continuous stoppage of work, bankruptcy, involvement in corrupt practices, or delaying completion beyond the stipulated time. Failure to produce documents within 3 days after financial bids opened will lead to debarment.
