The contract period includes plantation execution during the creation year, maintenance for three years thereafter, and a survival assessment up to August 30th of the fourth year.

Payments are performance-based and released in stages subject to achievement of prescribed survival standards and certification by the contract administrator. The contract is a performance-based plantation contract.

The contractor is responsible for the health, protection, and prescribed survival percentage of the plantation throughout the contract period, including casualty replacement and maintenance.

The tender is invited from registered, reputed, and resourceful contractors/firms. The award will be based on the lowest price quoted in the financial bid after technical evaluation.

Bidders must be registered in the appropriate class of works with government organizations like CPWD, PWD, J&K Forest Department, MES, or PSUs, or have experience in similar works awarded by government/semi-government organizations.
