Sealed bids are invited for the supply of goods. The quotation should be neatly typed and free from overwriting or erasures. The local supplier, at the time of tender, bidding or solicitation, shall be required to provide self-certification that the item offered meets the minimum local content and shall give details of the locations at which the local value addition is made. BHEL reserves the right to accept offers in part or in full, or cancel the tender enquiry without assigning any reason whatsoever.
